Our philosophy: We believe in the power of collaboration and commitment. We understand that real change comes with shared risk and sustainable success comes through trusted partnerships.
Our approach therefore goes beyond traditional consulting, because it is as dynamic as the logistics industry itself. With extensive experience in logistics and a passion for digital innovation, Philipp founded unconsulting, to bridge the gap between traditional consulting and the need for action-oriented, partnership-based digitalization.
unconsulting is digitalization implemented.
unconsulting breaks with the traditional consulting industry without demonizing it. As a consulting boutique, we want to establish ourselves in the market and differentiate ourselves in a thoughtful manner. So, where does the unconsulting approach come from?
… can drive and inspire people to rethink established industry standards. In Philipp’s case, it is the story of John Leger and T-Mobile USA.
As an experienced manager from the US telecommunications industry, John Leger took over the management of the then telecommunications underdog in a difficult market environment.
By regularly “challenging the status quo” of the industry and deliberately “breaking with the norm”, he achieved sustainable success in the market. This was achieved in particular through the unconditional focus on customer needs and the brand development of “The Un-Carrier”.

To Philipp, the un-prefix means differentiation and mission at the same time.
… shapes us and enables us to establish our own perspectives and approaches to familiar challenges.
Experience in the 4PL Supply Chain & logistics advisory was formative for us.
What is the 4PL model?
As 4PL provider one assumes responsibility for the shipper’s logistics and supply chains and exclusively represents its interests vis-à-vis logistics service providers.
Specifically, a 4PL provider analyzes challenges and current situations, outlines the corresponding future scenarios and makes recommendations for action, but also generally implements and operates them.
The service does not end with concepts and presentations, but also includes responsibility for the implementation, realization and success of the logistics concepts.
A business model that deserves to be transferred to other areas of business!
